STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® New Zealand Championships 2024 in Palmerston North

Essen, 1. Oktober 2023. Danny Martin ist der alte und neue Deutsche Meister im Sportholz- fällen. Bei den Titelkämpfen am Sonntag, 1. Oktober, wurde der Sinntaler (Hessen) seinem Favoritenstatus gerecht und sicherte sich am Seaside Beach in Essen seine vierte nationale Meisterschaft.

In einem atemberaubenden Wettstreit der besten Holzsportathleten der Schweiz brachte die 21. Ausgabe der Swiss Pro Championship der STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® Series im Rahmen der Luzerner Forstmesse die Zuschauer am vergangenen Sonntag erneut zum Staunen.

Der Ford Transit Cup 2023 der Sportholzfäller ist geschlagen: In Mellrichstadt kämpften Deutschlands Sportholzfällerinnen und Nachwuchsathleten um den prestigeträchtigen Cup-Erfolg in ihren Leistungsklassen.

From August 11 to 13, the Nordic Championships in TIMBERSPORTS® were held in Elverum, Norway. The weekend offered intense competition days with dramatic battles.

The top male and female STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® athletes returned to German Fest this weekend for the first time since 2019 and gave the rabid fans plenty to cheer about. When the sawdust settled and the axe-tion was complete, two new champions were crowned, and two world records were broken. Martha King chopped her way back to the top, while Jason Lentz maintained his perfect 2023 U.S. STIHL TIMBERSPORTS season.

The chainsaws were screaming from the first cut Friday night and the competition never slowed down until the U.S. Trophy was determined by a single chop on Saturday, leaving the crowd and fans at home speechless during the first U.S. events of the 2023 STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® competition series.

Laurence O’Toole and Jodie Beutel axed the competition, taking out the gold medal at the 2023 STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® Australian Trophy and Women’s Championship in Adelaide on Saturday, 4 March.
