The STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® season 2025 ended with a new world champion, a record winner and several newcomers who quickly became crowd favourites and put the favourites under noticeable pressure. The international titles in competitive woodcutting went to athletes from New Zealand, Australia and Poland.

STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® Pro Championship 2025 in Sarrebourg
Roaring chainsaws and flying axes kicked off a high-octane weekend at the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® 2025 U.S. Championships, a climactic celebration of the sport’s 40th anniversary season. Packed with fierce competition and history-making moments, the Championships saw Nate Hodges and Erin LaVoie successfully defend their national titles – each making history with world record-setting performances, with LaVoie setting two new marks and Hodges breaking one of the sport’s most elite records.
The 2025 British TIMBERSPORTS® Championship delivered nail-biting drama and a new World Record in Malvern, Worcestershire over an action-packed weekend of extreme sport.
